We have a specific process for making reservations at Camp Binachi. There are forms that will need to be filled out and signed before you arrive at camp. They will need to be mailed, faxed or brought in to the Scout Service Center. Our Dining Hall and Kitchen was majorly updated after a tornado in 2020 and is now a premier facility for all such as corporate meetings, weddings, receptions, and other social events.

This is a two-page document that explains all rules and regulations for staying at Camp Binachi. We ask that you please go over these policies with the entire group that will be staying with you at Binachi.

The above form is one page - and it will need to be filled out by the leader of your group, and signed by an employee at the Council Service Center. This will need to be done at least two weeks prior to your planned stay at Camp Binachi.

This form explains the pricing for large groups of people if they intend to use any building or special areas at Camp Binachi. This includes the Dining Hall, Brookshire Cabin, Shooting and Archery ranges.
Rental Guidelines, Policies, and Procedures for Weddings and all Social Events
This is for all outside groups wishing to rent the Dining Hall/Reception Hall and kitchen and/or chapel for weddings, receptions, and all other social events.

This is the pricing list for regular camping. The pricing will differ slightly depending on whether you are a Scout Pack or Troop - or another group that is not affiliated with Scouting.

We will need this form filled out completely on the day that you are to leave the campground. Before you can leave, you will need to go over this form with our Camp Ranger, so that he can make sure that everything is in the order it was in when you arrived. We will need each name of everyone who stayed with you group. The bottom half of the form will be used as a receipt of payment. We would rather you pay beforehand, but if you pay at Camp Binachi, then this will tell us that you really did pay. |
